3/4 cup beer
1 lb cheese (mexican blend / cheddar)
1 can salsa (8 oz, El Pato salsa de jalapeno)
Jalapenos and serranos to taste ( 2, 1)
Dippers (crusty bread, chips, green apples, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.)
